Free shipping on orders over $100We offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping to domestic customers on orders totaling over $100. Orders sent by Priority Mail shipping usually arrive within 3-5 business days. Following credit authorization and verification, you will receive your order within 3-5 business days.  This is an estimate.  This does not include weekends or holidays. The shipping estimates listed in Swank A Posh Boutique are to be used as a guidline and you (the customer) understand that shipping times may vary. We will notify you by email of any potential delays in shipping your product.

Returns & Replacements

Swank wants to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, but just in case there is a problem, we gladly offer exchanges and online store credit ONLY.  We offer a 14-day exchange policy on unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied.

Non-Returnable Items Include:
All items purchased on sale.
All accessories.
Intimates, bodysuits or swimwear.

After the 14-day exchange/storecredit period expires we will not accept returns. Again, the products we provide are used in a personal nature and are to be returned unworn, unwashed with the tags attached. We are confident that you (the customer) would not want to purchase any worn/used products.

Please email customer service using our contact page with reason for return, First name, last name, order number, email address and phone number within 14 days of purchase date. You (the customer) are responsible for shipping charges for returning merchandise.
